Factory Reset Your Highfive Device

To perform a factory reset of your Highfive device, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your Domain Dashboard.
  2. Go to Devices.
  3. Click on the device you wish to factory reset.
  4. Select Remove Device.
  5. Confirm your selection by clicking Factory Reset.
  6. Highfive! The device will land on a setup page where you will be able to set it up again.
