Occasionally, Microsoft Outlook may automatically disable any add-in or plugin that it detects potential issues with. For Highfive, this can make the add-in button disappear from your Outlook toolbar unexpectedly.
While any add-in is susceptible to this problem, you can follow the steps below to bring your Highfive button back.
Reenabling the Highfive Add-in
- In Outlook, go to your Calendar.
- Click the File button in the top-left of the window.
- Select the Info tab.
- Open Slow and Disabled Add-ins.
- If Highfive is on the list of Disabled Add-ins, click the Always enable this add-in option.
Don't see the HighfiveOutlookPlugin? Skip to the Reactivate the Highfive Add-in section below.
