Short burst of echo at beginning of video call

If you notice a short burst of echo at the beginning of a conference that typically goes away after 30-90 seconds, this is a normal behavior of the Highfive device. The echo-cancellation feature built into the Highfive device calibrates at the beginning of a video conference and during that time you might notice a short period of audio echoing through your TV or device.

If the echo last's longer than 90 seconds you should troubleshoot audio issues or reach out to our team for more help.
