My computer disconnects from Highfive call after 10 seconds

If you are able to connect to a Highfive conference, but upon entry fail to see/hear remote participants, and then disconnect after 10 seconds, it is likely a result of your network configuration.

Highfive requires that your network allows outgoing UDP traffic to port 5005. When that port is blocked at your network firewall, Highfive will disconnect you as noted above.

To resolve the issue, contact your Highfive champion or your network administrator and request that they allow outgoing UDP traffic to port 5005, from all clients to all servers
