Error "Not connected to the internet" on Highfive Device

Highfive uses the TCP/UDP Port 5005 to transfer data, audio, and video necessary for video conferencing. If the Ethernet port your Highfive device is connected to is not open or not live, you will receive an error message stating that the Highfive device is unable to make a connection. 

After checking to make sure the Highfive device is connected with an Ethernet cable, the best solution for this error is to reach out to your IT administrator for help opening port 5005 or ensuring it is active.
