Restart Your Highfive Device

From your Domain Dashboard

  1. Go to your Domain Dashboard.
  2. Go to Devices.
  3. Click on the device you wish to restart.
  4. Select Restart Device.


From the Highfive device

To restart your Highfive device, tap the Reset button on the back of the unit to restart it. (You do not need to hold the button down.)
