Remotely, from your Highfive Domain Dashboard
- Go to your Highfive Admin Dashboard.
- Select the Devices tab.
- Click on the Highfive device you wish to restart.
- Make sure the device is online, indicated by a green dot next to the device's name. If it is offline with a red dot, it will not be able to receive your command to restart.
- Select Restart Device.
- Within a few seconds, the Highfive device will restart. It can take about a minute for the unit to complete the restart process and get to the home screen.
Directly, from the Highfive device
- Tap the Reset button on the back of the unit. (You do not need to hold the button down.)
