Restart Your Highfive Device

 

Remotely, from your Highfive Domain Dashboard

  1. Go to your Highfive Domain Dashboard.
  2. Go to Devices.
  3. Click on the Highfive device you wish to restart.
    • Make sure the device is online, indicated by a green dot next to the device's name. If it is offline with a red dot, it will not be able to receive your command to restart..
  4. Select Restart Device.
    • Within a few seconds, the Highfive device will restart. It can take about a minute for the unit to complete the restart process and get to it's home screen.

 

 

Directly, from the Highfive device

 

  1. Tap the Reset button on the back of the unit. (You do not need to hold the button down.)
    • Within a few seconds, the Highfive device will restart. It can take about a minute for the unit to complete the restart process and get to it's home screen.
