These types of errors occur when the Highfive device can't acquire an IP address from the DHCP server on your network. Contact your network administrator for help with the steps below.
- Make sure you have a DHCP server present on your network to automatically assign the Highfive device an address.
- Check to see if you still have IP addresses available to assign to the Highfive device.
Note: Though a static IP address cannot be configured on the Highfive camera, the device will comply with a DHCP IP reservation set in the DHCP server's settings.
