These types of errors occur when the Highfive device can't acquire an IP address. Contact your network administrator for help with the steps below.
- Make sure you have a DHCP server present on your network to automatically assign the Highfive device an address.
- Check to see if you still have IP addresses available to assign to the Highfive device.
Note: We do not support static IP configurations at this time.
