I'm getting a bandwidth or network error when using Highfive

Error message:

"There appears to be an issue with your network."

"Network connection is oxygen to Highfive. Please retry when it’s recovered."

"Because of bandwidth issues, you are no longer sending video."

"Your bandwidth is not sufficient for showing video right now."


These messages are displayed when there is a problem with your network connection or firewall settings.

As a quick fix, you can attempt to use a different network or move closer to a wireless access point if you're connected using Wi-Fi. Long term, troubleshooting your current network connection by contacting your network administrator is highly recommended. Please check with them to ensure your network meets the Network Requirements outlined on this page.
