Determine the state of your Highfive device by the LED light ring displayed

The LED light ring on the Highfive device can tell you what the device is doing. Here's a key to help you understand what state your device is in:

No lights: Not in a call (device may be powered off or if it is powered on, it is not picking up any audio or video)

Stationary purple/blue lights: In call or initial boot phase. If brand new, the device is waiting to be provisioned.

Rotating purple/blue lights: Software error (Example: "Unable to connect to Highfive servers" error seen on TV screen) or the device is in the process of starting up.

Solid red: Hardware error. Please contact help@highfive.com to report the issue.
