Determine the state of your Highfive device by the LED light ring displayed

The LED light ring on the Highfive device can tell you what the device is doing. Here's a key to help you understand what state your device is in:

No lights: Not in a call (device may be powered off or if it is powered on, it is not picking up any audio or video)

Stationary purple/blue lights: In call, or initial boot (outside of the app) or waiting to be provisioned (audio and/or video being received and sent if not muted)

Rotating purple/blue lights: Software error, or startup

Solid red: Hardware error - please contact help@highfive.com
