Highfive Device Light Ring

The LED light ring on the Highfive device can tell you what the device is doing. Here's a key to help you understand what state your device is in:

No lights: If the device is receiving power and the idle screen is displayed on the TV, this means the device is not in actively in a call. 

Stationary purple/blue lights: The device is actively in a call OR is going through it's initial boot phase. If brand new, the device is waiting to be provisioned.

Rotating purple/blue lights: Software error that is coupled with an error displayed on the TV (Example: "Unable to connect to Highfive servers" error seen on TV screen) OR the device is in the process of starting up.

Solid red: Hardware error. Please contact help@highfive.com to report the issue.
