If your video call suddenly crashes, be sure to submit feedback within the Highfive application. This will send us all the information about the call so we can help diagnose what went wrong. We will then contact you with our findings and offer some troubleshooting suggestions to prevent crashes from happening again.
You can of course reattempt the video call again. If the video crashes again, be sure to let us know how frequently you are getting disconnected. We will do everything we can to prevent that from happening in the future, or provide you with steps to take to ensure video crashes don't happen as frequently.
