This error occurs when the Highfive device can't connect to the Highfive servers. This typically means our servers are having problems or there is a server upgrade in progress.
This error may also occur due to a proxy that resolves the domain but returns an error when we make a request.
To troubleshoot this problem, make sure the Highfive device can reach *.highfive.com on ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS).
