This error occurs when the Highfive device can't connect to the Highfive servers and is commonly caused by a network misconfiguration. Contact your network administrator for help with the steps below.
- Make sure the Highfive device can reach *.highfive.com on ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS).
- Allow outgoing access for TCP/UDP traffic to Port 5005.
- Connect the Highfive device to a different ethernet wall jack/port.
- Connect the Highfive device to a different network.
