This error occurs when the Highfive device can't connect to one or more Highfive servers, and the causes are typically due to a poor network cable, or by a network configuration issue.
- Connect the Highfive device to a different Ethernet jack, and/or with a different Ethernet cable, and see if the problem is resolved.
- Review the Network and Device Requirements for Highfive article for specific details about firewall and proxy settings, and performance metrics to help identify trouble spots. Your network administrator can assist you with these steps.
