"Sorry, connection to Highfive failed. Please try again."

This error is displayed when we've encountered an issue trying to start your meeting.

  1. You can see this message when you attempt to begin screen sharing from home screen
  2. A user has no permissions to join/start a meeting
  3. There are no available video conference room names to use

Double check that you have permission to join a meeting or start a meeting. Also check you have permission to share your screen.

If you encounter this error when trying to name a video conference room, try changing the name of the meeting to something different.
