I Am Unable To Create A Highfive Account

Error:

"Not a valid email address."

"At this time, we are only providing access to companies that have a Highfive device."

 

Troubleshooting steps:

"Not a valid email address." 

This error message will be displayed when the email address you are entering is not in a valid format, or when you are not connected to a network.

Please check your network connection and double check the email address you are entering is correct.

A valid email address will follow this format: yourID@yourcompany.com

 

"At this time, we are only providing access to companies that have a Highfive device."

After purchasing a Highfive device, your organization will be able to register for your Highfive accounts.

If you run into this error, it means that your company's account has not been turned on yet from our side. The person who purchased the Highfive service at your company can check their work email inbox for a "Highfive is on it's way! Lets get onboarded." email to schedule a meeting with us to activate your company on our end.
