Communication Template: Getting Started

To ensure your end-users have a good first experience with Highfive, we suggest having them set up their own account and having them give it a quick spin prior to launch. It'll give them an opportunity to get familiar with how Highfive works as well as to identify any potential technical snafus.

Below is a template you can use to send to the meeting participants prior to launch. Tailor it to your specific messaging tone and stye. We also suggest introducing and driving them to the Success Center to help answer FAQs and/or submit technical support tickets.

Subject: Get Highfive Ready for Our [Meeting Name]

Hello [Team],

As I mentioned, we’ll start using Highfive during our [Meeting Name] on [Launch Date].

To make sure we’re ready to go, I’d like to ask everyone to create a Highfive account via the following instructions:

Register for Highfive

If you can’t wait until our next team meeting, go ahead and give it a test whirl! Start a Highfive meeting and invite someone else on the team so you can get familiar with the Highfive UI as well as verify your audio/video works as expected.

If you’re having issues or want to learn more, go to Highfive’s Success Center at https://success.highfive.com.
