- Check your Spam, Junk or Bulk folder
- Check with your IT admin to set an Allow rule for the domain @highfive.com in your Exchange server, or add @highfive.com to the permitted domains dashboard in your server
- Add hello@amazonses.com and hello@highfive.com to your contact list to avoid missing any emails.
