If you have worked with our support team to whitelist our IP addresses on your network, you may experience difficulty connecting to Highfive after this update. Please contact email@example.com immediately to resolve any possible issues prior to the release.
This update will improve the entire Highfive experience. Here’s what you can expect:
- Full stream encryption of the Highfive Service
Made significant enhancements to Highfive’s back-end infrastructure that improve network characteristics like jitter, latency, and packet loss
Improved the Highfive device’s camera image quality, including more accurate colors and brighter midtones
Improved how a Highfive device processes audio, leading to a richer, fuller audio experience for remote users in a call with a device
Improved call handling such that we will now attempt to reconnect and place you back into a call when you’ve been disconnected
Resolved an issue where changing your camera input could interrupt screen sharing
Made fixes and improvements to our iOS App
