This article will help you rename a device, or change it's timezone from the Highfive Domain Dashboard.
Changing these options for your Highfive device is done in your domain dashboard, which can be found by visiting YourCompanyDomain.highfive.com/domain/dashboard/devices. Scroll until you find the device you’d like to update (or use the search bar), and click on it.
In the new pop up, click on 'Update Settings.' This will open a new window that looks like this:
The first option allows you to change the timezone, the second allows you to change the audio output of a device, and last allows you to change the name. After making changes, click submit. The updates will take place immediately, unless the device is currently in use. It that case, it will update after the call has completed.
