If you are getting the following error when trying to attempt installing the Highfive application on your Windows computer, please try the steps below.
"The installer encountered error 1612: The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."
- Navigate to Microsoft's Support Site: Click Here
- Click Run Now to start the FixIt tool download.
- Search Downloads for "MicrosoftFixit.ProgramInstallUninstall.RNP.Run" > Open file.
- Install the FixIt application.
- Follow on-screen prompts from FixIt window.
- Once FixIt is complete, install the Highfive application again.
- If you're still having issues installing the Highfive application, please contact our Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
