Microsoft Error: 1612

If you are getting the following error when trying to attempt installing the Highfive application on your Windows computer, please try the steps below.

"The installer encountered error 1612: The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it." 

  1. Navigate to Microsoft's Support Site: Click Here
  2. Click Run Now to start the FixIt tool download.
  3. Search Downloads for "MicrosoftFixit.ProgramInstallUninstall.RNP.Run" Open file.
  4. Install the FixIt application.
  5. Follow on-screen prompts from FixIt window.
  6. Once FixIt is complete, install the Highfive application again.
  7. If you're still having issues installing the Highfive application, please contact our Support team at help@highfive.com.
