The Highfive Application Crashed

Error message:

"App Crashed."

"A crash was detected. Do you want to report to Highfive?"

If you get any of the error messages above, do the following:

  1. Report the crash to Highfive if prompted. If you're not prompted, report the crash to our Support team by emailing help@highfive.com or clicking the Get Help button within the Highfive application. Please include the call name and the approximate time the crash occurred at.
  2. Quit the Highfive application, if possible.
  3. Rejoin the meeting.
