I'm Hearing Low Volume Audio From A Participant

If you encounter a situation where you hear audio from one participant on your call being much lower in volume than the audio you hear from other participants, please log the details of your experience and let us know. This is a known issue we are working to resolve.

Troubleshooting steps:

As a temporary fix, please ask the participant that seems to have very low volume to adjust their microphone volume by perform the following:

Windows: Open Control Panel > Audio (increase the mic volume by sliding the bar upwards)

Mac: Open System Preferences > Sound (ensure that mic volume is at or close to 50%)
