Highfive emails are typically received within a minute after they are sent. If our emails are delayed, for example you're receiving them after 5 minutes to an hour, follow the steps below.
Troubleshooting steps:
- Add hello@amazonses.com and hello@highfive.com to your contacts list.
- If you are using an email management service, check your security settings to ensure that you are able to receive emails from the domain @amazonses.com without any issues. (This step may require that you reach out to your IT team.)
