Highfive App - Error: "Something Went Wrong"

 

Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Click the Reload button to try getting back into your meeting.
  2. Completely quit/exit out of the Highfive application and try joining your meeting again.

 

If you are still unable to join your call, please report this issue to the Highfive Support team immediately at (844) 464-4445 through the hours of 7am-5pm Pacific Time or at help@highfive.com.
