If you decide to move your Highfive device or change the environment that it's in, you will want to perform an audio recalibration on your Highfive device to make sure you're sending the highest quality audio.
- Navigate to your Domain Dashboard.
- Click on Devices.
- Click on the name of the device you’d like to perform an audio calibration on.
- Select Force Audio Calibration.
- Once the audio calibration completes, your TV will go back to the “Get started at YourCompany.highfive.com” home page and your device is ready to use.
