Error 1603 When Installing Highfive on Windows

We're investigating a couple reports from Windows users who saw error 1603 when trying to run the Highfive installer.

If you are experiencing this issue, please use Highfive in the latest versions of the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge web browsers as a workaround.

Note: If you already use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and have previously set your browser to launch the Highfive App automatically, reverse this setting to use the Highfive in-browser experience instead. Click here to learn how to switch between using the browser and the Highfive application.
