Actively used Highfive user accounts will count towards your organization’s Highfive user license limit.
Any registered user account that starts or joins at least 1 Highfive video, screen sharing, or phone call session for any amount of time in 28 days is considered an active user. Initial user registration and launching of the Highfive desktop/web application are not included in this metric.
