Enable Offline Device Email Notifications

Highfive admins can now get email notifications whenever a device under the company domain goes offline for several minutes.

Enable Notifications

  1. Visit your admin dashboard: YourCompanyDomain.highfive.com/domain/dashboard.
    • Example: For drumwheel.comthe dashboard is at drumwheel.highfive.com/domain/dashboard.
    • Note: For companies with a .net, .org, .io, etc. top-level domain, the dot "." will be replaced with a hyphen "-" such that the domain hooli.us will be hooli-us.highfive.com/domain/dashboard.
  2. Click Devices.
  3. Click the slider for Email Me on Disconnect.

How Notifications Work

Notifications about multiple devices are grouped together into a single email. Enabling notifications allows admins to investigate and resolve a local outage before users are affected. Brief outages may not trigger alerts, and routine Highfive maintenance may trigger an alert (typically once every two weeks).

Check the status of Highfive systems at our status page.
