Device Offline


Highfive devices generally do not go offline unless they are not receiving either power or internet.

(Note that devices will go offline durning our scheduled maintenance windows. To check if maintenance is occurring, check out Status Page.)


  1. Tap the reset button on the back of the device
  2. Confirm the device is receiving power
  3. Make sure the device has an active internet connection
