2.75 Release Notes (July 13)

The Highfive Engineering Team has been hard at work to bring you bug fixes and reliability improvements. With version 2.75, you’ll see new versions of the software for the mobile apps, the desktop app, and the web app.

General

  • Updated UI for the Admin Dashboard.
  • Updated the Admin Dashboard's Integration for clarity.
  • Users are now informed what is the best way to use the Screen Share functionality when sharing a PowerPoint/Keynote presentation.
  • Fixed an issue where multiple tabs or windows of Highfive would interfere with each other and cause the user to get logged out.
  • Fixed an issue where extraneous characters added to the meeting URL from the "Join Meeting" button in the Google Chrome extension resulted in the user being taken to the wrong meeting.
  • Notifications are no longer shown when other participants leave and join large meetings.

Device

  • Fixed some instances of the Dolby conference phone using an incorrect timezone in Plus and Pro bundles.
  • Fixed a major source of frozen video on the DVR when used with multiple displays.

iOS

  • Notifications for guests who are waiting to join a meeting can now be ignored.
  • Notifications are no longer shown when other participants leave and join large meetings.
  • Participants list in large meetings is now sorted.
  • Bug fixes.

Android

  • New feature: Highfive meetings can now call your phone as an audio-only way to join the meeting.
  • Notifications are no longer shown when other participants leave and join large meetings.
  • Fixed a bug where video wouldn't show after someone in the meeting stopped screen sharing.
  • Bug fixes and stability improvements.
