Dolby Pairing Code Not Sent To TV

 

Note: This article applies to customers on the Highfive Plus service plan.

 

When setting up your Dolby conference phone, you will be required to input a pairing code that is displayed on your TV into the Dolby conference phone.

 

If you press the "Send code to TV" button during setup and a code does not appear on your TV, we recommend the following:

 

  1. The Dolby conference phone and Highfive camera need to be on the same VLAN and subnet in order to communicate with each other. Check with your IT team or network administrator to verify this requirement is met. 
  2. Verify that peer-to-peer (P2P) traffic is not blocked in your network, preventing the Dolby conference phone and Highfive from communicating with each other. Check with your IT team or network administrator to confirm this restriction is not in place.
  3. If available, try connecting the Dolby conference phone and Highfive camera to a different switch or port.
