Highfive Meeting Participant Limit

Your meetings have a maximum participant limit set by the Highfive plan to which your organization is subscribed. Some Highfive plans can accommodate 300 participants or more by video and phone.

If an individual attempts to join a meeting that has hit capacity, they will see the following error:

“Meeting Full”

If you have questions about your meeting limits, please contact Highfive Support at help@highfive.com and we will help you determine your meeting participant limit.

If you are interested in increasing the participant limit on your plans, please contact your Highfive account executive.
