Your meetings have a maximum participant limit set by the Highfive plan to which your organization is subscribed. Some Highfive features, such as our Moderated Meetings feature, can accommodate up to 1000 participants by video or phone (150 is the maximum for all non-streaming users which includes users joining in via dial-in).
If an individual attempts to join a meeting that has hit capacity, they will see the following error:
