Screen Sharing - Missing "Share screen to a nearby TV" button on Home page


  • After opening Highfive by going to, you see options for "Create meeting" and "Join meeting", but there is no option to share your screen directly to a TV.


  1. For customers who have the Highfive hardware: The "Share screen to a nearby TV" option appears only after at least one of your Highfive systems has been fully set up. Set up one of your Highfive systems to resolve this.
  2. For customers on software-only plans: You will not be able to share your screen to a Highfive-equipped TV, but you can share your screen during a video call. Start or join a Highfive meeting first. Once you are in the call, click "Share Screen" to begin presenting.
