Highfive Meetings: Secure Links

For domains where obscuring meeting links is critical for operational security, Highfive offers a secure links feature that uses a randomized name for meeting links scheduled through Highfive tools. With this feature enabled, Highfive meetings that you schedule through the Highfive button in Microsoft Outlook or through the Highfive home screen in the app or web browser will have a random code included in the URL, instead of being based on your name or the meeting name.

Normally, if Marilyn scheduled a meeting called "Friday Meeting," then she would get a meeting link as follows:


However, with secure links enabled for "mycompany," then that same meeting would get a meeting link like this one:
